cs968 wont stop looping. NEWBEE needing help desperately!!1

the 2 screen in the photos below are looping back and forth.can anyone help me recover my cs968. treat me like a newborn learning to speak. any help would be greatly appreciated

when i plug it in, it goes from that white screen that says "cuemini", then it goes to that android screen that reads as follows:

missing bitmap stage_empty
code -1)
missing bitmap stage_fill
code -1)
recovery system v4.4.0

failed to mount /mnt/external_sd (no such device)
failed to mount /mnt/external_sd (no such device)
failed to mount /mnt/external_sd (no such device)

recovery system from backup...
===recover===
checking firmware...


it just keeps looping those 2 screens.
holding the reset button just stops it till it comes out of reset and it just continues from there.
