I have a Q7S smart TV box but I can not update the system, it does not turn on although I recognize it windows, but the program to update it with the corresponding update does not update it and I get an error updating the system, and tried to delete the nandflash, do the short nandflash and nothing, I do not see the green color of acceptance for the correct installation of the program and I get an error to prepare IDB FAIL. someone could help me as I would already have tried everything I found on the subject and can not update.
