Yes yes yes!! it finally worked! The problem was with the cables (phew!)
Female USB to microUSB combined with a USB male to male will not work. Only one-piece USB male to MicroUSB will do the trick!

I will flash test and share my experiense with this rom

what parameters do you mean?

rkflashtool is a Linux command line tool for accessing the flash. It needs offset and size as parameters like:

rkflashtool w offset size <file

Flash access seems to be o.k., but I don't want to brick my devices with wrong parameters.

Do you have XBMC loaded, and can you try Aeon Nox skin, I am curious to know if it is very laggy or fine...

what do you mean use it with the version provided by the xbmc installer alpha 6 Hardware??

in my rom you will find app caled xbmc installer it will download for you latest xbmc hw ver.
as to advencedsetting.xml its modified to relise 1080p lock which xbmc dev put on xbmc.
he said he lock it for now due to some 1080p not working but i tested it and moust of my 1080p movies are vorking right.
if you dont put this xml on sd you will only get smooth playback on 720p.

I'm testing the rom since yesterday and i have to say that this is working great that far!

Rooted : Yes
Wifi : Working nice and stable as before.
Youtube
-720p briliant!
-1080p very good! (some scattering sometimes but barely noticable)
Video playback
-720p - Very smooth
-1080p - Also smooth, on a very fast scene maybe 1 or 2 frames get drop but doesnt feel choppy at all.
External sound card : Works as before (USB Guitar Link)
External Bluetooth dongle : Do not work (Same as in stock firmware),i dont remember the chipset
External Webcams
-My Sweex (wc031v2) work with camera apps, but no online skype contacts to test with
-My other cheap crap quality webcam (brand crypto) doent work.
External input devices : All working (wireless keyboard-mouse combo, ipazzport airmouse)
Epic citadel : 45,5 fps at High quality.

The only minor issue i have, is that the shutdown option puts the device to sleep.
And something really minor that i didnt check on the stock rom is that the hide bar button result to green screen when the mouse disappear while playing a video with eHomeMediaCenter video player (The other players do not have this issue, so maybe its HideBar's or Videoplayer's bug).

The device is now recognized by windows as "GT-I9100" . I guess we have to reinstall the rockchip drivers again for this device if we want to update the rom again.
EDiT: I reconnected today and it used the correct drivers (rockchip 3.5) automatically. I did not install the driver again.I just put it again to flash mode and detected as "Rockusb" again.
