sorry, but why don't you read this thread?
Only to read this thread, you will find the answer of how to root and if you read this thread, and maybe have al look at your pcb, you will maybe find out, it is label/printed like my with "TN-BX09_V2.1" and if you then have a look at my sig, you will find out '(K-R42 / CS918...) => wasser 1.2.3 (old rev 1080p)' and after that, if you have a look at this sub-forum, you will find a thread called 'K-R42 - wasser firmware' (and others)...

After opening the housing, I know why it's "so heavy"... because of a metal plate in the cover

You can't find it, because your box use another pcb
I think you also have BT... the TN-BX09_V2.1 pcb not...
B351_V2.0, K-RK3188-V3.5, K-RK3188-V4.2 and K-RK3188-V4.3 fit the same firmware by wasser

You can't find it, because your box use another pcb
B351_V2.0, K-RK3188-V3.5, K-RK3188-V4.2 and K-RK3188-V4.3 fit the same firmware by wasser

Ok thanks...very much..so wasser firmware is compatible with my box...i will have a read..does wasser firmware support 1080p playback and does it have 1080p kernel..i appreciate your reply..thanks..again.

Ok will have a look...here we go again...adb..root..flash..huhh...its been a while i have not done this..i only do it on my phones..not ever tried to flash roms on android boxes...but thanks...i will have a try...i will come back to you if i ran into problems...thanks..

I have seen, that your K-RK3188-V4.3 use another wifi chip...
Normally the K-RK3188-V4.3 look's like the K-RK3188-V4.2

but, because of the picture quality, I don't know which WiFi chip is use at both (but I think normaly it is RTL8723AS https://aw-som.com/product_info.php?products_id=48 but don't know which one at your pcb)...

If your pcb, and I think so, will use another WiFi chip, you should not use the T-R42 wasser FW...

If your pcb use the RTL8188eu (without blue tooth) you maybe can use K-R42 FW...

BUT to be sure which wifi chip exist at this pcb, you must have a look at the pcb... the wifi chip is next to the antenna cable connector...

BUT I don't know, if this pcb, if it use RTL8188eu, will work with the available K-R42 FW's so I, if you don't have a link to a working stock rom, strongly advise to DUMP your stock rom (as shown at my sig) to have it for the worst case to be able to flash it back to your device...
