MK802IV - Flashing issue - USB device not recognized - After the "EraseIDB" process

Hello everybody,

I tried to flash my new RIKOMAGIC MK802IV device with linux, using the NEOMODE ROM FLASH TOOL v1.37

* I installed the device Driver (version 3.7) on my Windows 8.1 64bit Laptop
* I launched the NEOMODE ROM FLASH TOOL and prepared every necessary file (Loader, parameter, kernel, boot, system.
* I connected my MK802IV (Rikomagic) using the RECOVERY MODE
* OK : Device detected by Windows, and by NEOMODE Flash software (statusbar : "Found RKAndroid rock usb")
* I cicked on "EraseIDB" like mentionned in the tutorial - OK - EraseIDB OK
* I clicked on "Run" to launch the whole process >> After the first device reboot, the device is not recognized anymore.
** NEOMODE flashing software's log says :
ERROR:Wait for Loader Rock usb timeout
ERROR:Run failed

Now I tried everything, followed hundred of forums, issues, solutions......... It does'nt work : my MK802IV is not recognized by Windows anymore. Normal mode, Recovery mode.....
I tried
- changing USB port
- uninstall/reinstall drivers
- uninstall/reinstall my laptop's USB Host Controller Drivers
....
Nothing.... I'm lost.

Does any of you know any solution about that issue?

Hey nicolax...i had EXACTLY the same issue... i will try maskroom as well...do you have any experiences in the meantime?

Anyone solve this? I am having the same problem! I am now only able to get my stick in ROM mask mode. Same results. If I only check launcher it works. I'm flashing ROM with meegopad t01 32 bit 8.1 running Android tool 11.37!
