Does anyone have a rom for this stick?
have quite a few roms but tried Unfortunately, this does not wifi.

I tested the version (D16_20150601_1845_2G_8G) and the stick crashed all the time. this is the original version that was preinstalled.
now i have installed version D16_F_2G_8G_20150625 and that works perfectly and without errors. :-) Perfect. This version you ca find on http://pan.baidu.com/share/home?uk=3...ategory/type=0

I have the exact same device, however it is extremely slow working (kitkat 4.4) and has stuter problems running hd video's. frames keep skipping. also very slow wifi.

i have so far tryed at least 10 different rom's and kernels and none will boot the device except the original rom from ( https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_w...ZEOXJNaDg/view ) that has the problems.

i undertand that the problem is in the vsync of the kernel but i have been unable to get the perl script to run and dont understand enough about the process and how to execute it.
i have uploaded the original kernel file to dropbox ( https://www.dropbox.com/s/byjaxsoceq...ernel.img?dl=0 )
so if someone can help me with it i would be etornaly gratfull.

I have also bought this MK809IV (and I can confirm what PrometheusQue is stating: slow working with KK 4.4.2. The wi-fi is terrible, and I am at 2,5 meters from my Wi-Fi router. Nevertheless a cheap toy, and I am digging further whether its performance can be improved. I actually tested one pcs. first, but the Wi Fi was so bad that I had to change it. The new one has better wi-fi, but strangely it shows only 3 GB of NandFlash and 2 GB of RAM. I am not sure whether it is a hardware problem or something is messed up in the Android. In the meantime I see there is not much movement around the capabilities of this toy so maybe we can communicate better on available resources. The baidu links above are totally inaccessible for me also, so maybe Sillium can provide the downloaded versions.

tried this rom too. it will not run 720p / 1080p video. (stutter like crazy and unwatchable) boot time is way too slow and everything is sluggish to extreams.
