All new MK802IV with Production Date 07/2013 have a new WiFi and Bluetooth Chip. This means my Rom will work but no WiFi and Bluetooth. The Custom Rom for this you find here:

Guys here it is the New Custom Rom for the MK802 IV.
This Rom is not based on the RKM Firmware.
I took an other System. img Customized it to Work.
This Rom has a Custom 720p Kernel Tweaked for Performance,
all Credits for this Kernel goes to Sam321.
The Boot Animation is from Tatty.

Does this rom have the same video jitter issue which seems to affect all the rk3188 sticks?

I will try to flash it over the weekend.

If I want to use other overclocked kernel from sam, is it possible with this rom without affecting wifi or bt?

Yes this will Work.
I use a 720p Kernel because with this you get the best Performance.
When the First Rom´s come Build with the New Rockchip SDK 2.0 we should also
get a good Performance on FullHD.

I also intend to use a 720p kernel, the one with extreme overclock, I have my mk802iv on a casemod with additional cooling. I've been using that kernel for the past 2 days with your mk809iii custom rom and performance is great, almost 19000 on antutu 55.8 on epic citadel

First off, thank you very much for all of your hard work! I have downloaded this ROM twice, and have received errors opening the zip file twice now. Is anyone else having this issue?

Sam try it with Izarc.
I use a Mac I think WinRaR has a Problem with it.

Edit: Zip file extraction complete without errors, now flashing...

Looking very good so far (still no screenshot function so I took the photo with my cellphone)

I'm using sam321 720p extreme overclock kernel, wifi also seems stable
