MK809IV layer 6-2 check chip fail

hi gents,

a friend of mine brought me TV stick with red slider, saying MK809IV. Apparently it's not booting up ... I'd like to help him but I don't have correct ROM for it, can anybody help here ?
I tried few roms from this forum also from other webpages, but still failing in Layer 6-2 check chip fail (RKBatchTool1.8), not sure what does that mean, is anybody able to help/provide the ROM ?
I cannot remove the passive cooler from chip, but there's realtek 8723bs wifi chip and it's heating up very quickly :/

Hi,

I have always exact same problem of Check Chip Fail even with RKBatchTool 1.5, 1.7, 1.8 after try more than 10 different ROM.
