Help Required - MK809III ROM help

Hi

Sorry that my first post is a request for help, but I am a little stuck

I bought this

But of course, I'd like it to output 1080p so I attempted to install a new image.

Unfortunately, every time I try to 'Restore' using Rockchip Batch Tool v1.7 I get 'Check Chip Fail' and I'm not sure how to proceed.

Here's what info I have from the device (see image)

Can anyone suggest an image which might work. I'm not too fussed about 1080p at this point, just something which would work!

If anyone needs any more info, I'm happy to provide.

I thought it might be useful to include a picture of the Chip, and i've discovered it's actually a 3128...

Seems I have another variation of this stick...unable to find anything....hasn't worked from day one....ordered 809iv.........seems there is no support for these chipsets
