Hi i have one of these...can i use finles 1.5a custom rom on it?

it is similar in spec to Tronsmart mk908 rk 3188 with 2gb ram and 8 gb nand flash

would appreciate if any can answer it

Be sure that your wifi/BT chipset is the same, and you must have access to your stock rom, if the custom rom don't work you can flash the stock rom again.

but how i can confirm wifi/BT chipset are the same ?

I am bit unfamiliar with all these tv box things

am confident that if you can give me some more info on it i can do it.

By the way i tried to do it as per instructions while waiting for reply

I did ;

manage go to flash mode

and used flash too in the kit

tried to erase NAND flash ...

but the count never came upto 2048

it showed until 2042

then says ok and shows
total (0)current (06)

tried repeating but same result

closed flash tool and rebooted windows and tried again but same result

need advice

Finally I managed to install finless 1.5 official on this sztomato mk908 rk 3188quadcore mini pc after several attempts.

now my plex is not streaming ..i can access the libraries on server but cant play movies but can access other video channels like you tube .

there must be some minor issue which i cant figure out ...need help

I had problems with plex app on this device .I downloaded the app from google play store but it was not playing most of the movie formats streamed from my imac plex server .

Now the problem is fixed when i uninstalled the app and started using a different version of plex for android available on amazon app store
