hi everybody,

here is my small contribution: the latest mk809iv firmware 20140430 from ugoos.
this one is fully rooted by me and tested.
note: the firmware rooted available on the ugoos site is not rooted. root checker says it's rooted but it's false.
no root access with apps or terminal emulator.

There seems to be a strange background on the home screen, ie a black box overlapping with the normal home screen. Do you guys have this? Everything else seems good tho!

Hi flashed this rom but the WIFI is not working any idea?

I also tried to re flash an other rom but the the PC does not recognise the device anymore!!! How it is possible?

thats strange, my wifi is perfect with this rom. Are you sure you have the exact same device?

it is the MK809IV with the red thing you can extend.

I open it an the mother board is red and refer to MK809III??

Do you know I can force a rom if the device is not recognised?
