Cannot connect Ugoos to PC

Hey guys I am having a lot of trouble connecting my device to my computer, I cant get it to show up in the devices list, any tips?

I just made a male to male usb and tried connecting with it and that didnt work either.

Which Windows OS are you using ?
On Windows 8.1 I had also this problem, Windows XP did the trick.
Didn't bother any longer to get 8.1 up and running.

Make sure to use the OTG cable that came with it as SOME cables will NOT pass data and are constructed for charging devices only.
Make sure you have properly installed drivers
Make sure BOTH ends of the OTG cable are fully inserted into the device and the PC. Also make sure that the USB port on the PC is functioning properly.
In USB settings on the device I think it needs to be set to media device
In Developer settings I think you need USB debugging ON
