Thank you for your information and kindness.
I chose other cable for this issue, but I could not fix it.
However After re-installed USB driver(many times), I fixed it.
I think that USB driver had some problem.

problem flashing
i installed drive, and i go back and check and it said drive already installed in pc. but when i reboot, and flash again, my pc did not show FOUND RKANDROID LOADER. I uninstall and try install drive again, it the same problem. how do i get to see that FOUND RKANDROID LOADER?. PLEASE HELP

To put the UT1 into flash mode:
1) Remove any SDcard you may have installed.
2) Connected the supplied USB cable from the device OTG port to your PC.
3) Connect the Power supply to the UT1.
4) Using a paper clip or something, hold the rest button in. YOu should "feel" it click when you press it.
5) While holding the reset button, now flip on the power button.
6) Windows should bong about finding a new device!
