    Thanks
This SPMC uses Rockchip libstagefright and you can seek forward in videos without crashes, unlike the Kodi versions with Mediacodec. Also use less CPU and can play more videos with different codecs properly.

I must say that i can defiantly see the improvement although i have weird crashes from time to time (not during a playback - i were at 1.2.0 before flashing to your firmware)
and another issue I'm having is when i try to play xvid ( the extension doesn't matter) it get stuck on "working" and after a while the movie plays for a second and then stops - looking at the log tells an error "ERROR: CCurlFile::FillBuffer - Failed:, Timeout was reached" google the error says something about curl but its beyond my knowledge - the error was exist even in the stock firmware.
perhaps u can shed some light regarding that one
      thank you Mo

HEVC now work fully on SPMC v13.3.4 beta 1.
When final Kodi is released a new SPMC will also be made.

'SPMC 13.3.4 beta1 is from RockChip and SPMC team that optimize for RK3288. Going forward, Rockchip will fully support SPMC instead of their custom Kodi.'
        Thanks for the clarification.

I'm guessing that at some point, all the required modifications will make their way into official/universal Kodi?

Latest SPMC is working much better than standard Kodi, but I still have issues forwarding and rewinding x265 movies: if I try to move time cursor nothing happens. Is there any particular option I need to enable / disable?

My device is beelink r89 firmware:update_R89_111k4110_beelink. I can't play 4K H.265. I try SPMC and MX player. SPMC 13.4.0 only audio, MX player hardware decoding only audio, S/W play 3-4 fps video.
            Example file http://przeklej.org/file/5GMZNP/Astr...19.22-50-02.ts.
            I try other firmware
with the same effect. Whether it is possible to reproduce correctly 4K H.265 on this device?
            I try mp4 video file
            1080p H.265/HEVC - OK
            4K H.264 - OK
            Sorry for my english.
