    Pink Screen Smart Android Box B368_BT (RK3288)

    Hello everyone, I got myself a "Smart Android Box B368_BT", seems to be a OEM Version of Ugoos UG-CS928.

    Booted up the first time and I got purple screen/tint displayed. Tried swapping HDMI cables and different settings on my AVR Onkyo Tx-Nr717.

    I don't find any firmware updates for this device.

    Any help appreciated.

    Did you try Settings->Display->Hue? But it shouldn't have such overhelming effect.

    Another thing to test is to connect this Android TV Box directly to TV without AVR.

      hmm, try it without the AVR... but, if I remember correctly, you need a newer firmware to fix it (because of HDMI issues at the first version(s) )

        i had the same issue with a other box. try other hdmi cable or hdmi port.
