Poor wired network rate with rk3288 board

Hi Guys,

i got a firefly rk3288 board and i have a problem with ethernet network speed it's very very slow.

Even with the android stock firmware.I only find an image that solved the ethernet problem but i dont remember which one

Do you think it could be a kernel or an android matter ?

Could you give me clues or ways to check ?

You can reflash their newest image and try again.

Hi , i tried it many time, but i think there is a compatibility problem with my Giga switch.

I ran iperf on a 100MBps switch , and i obtain 95M whereas 3,5M with a giga switch

I think there is a driver bug

Use wasser or mo123 rom... it's based on last Rockchip SDK.
Speed is really nice... like 200Mbits in my case with Samba protocol.

I'll try with an other giga switch , the problem might be there

Just on other question , i tried asphalt 8 , do you know why the resolution is so ugly even with details at max ?

I encounter the same problem sometimes on my tronsmart r28

After streaming multiple 720p or 1080p from http sources (xbmc genesis) sometimes the ethernet speed crashes to 3M/sec or so.

then i reboot and everything is fine, 50M/sec (isp max)

anyone got an idea what this could be?

i'm running latest stock rom due to remote problems on custom roms.

any ideas?

did you solve this yet? Because i'm still having speed problems on my r28.
The speed crashes randomly and i have to reboot to fix this.

Yep , 5 minutes ago , i flashed this resource.img file that i tuned for my firefly board.

I don't know if i could solve your problem. I dont even know if it's risky to try it on your board. I flash it after installed waser-2.0.4 rom

According to a user of Firefly forum , i modded the RX Delay of the gmac from 10 to 16.

Dont ask me why and how but it works on my firefly.

Ho did you flash wasser rom o firefly {i have firefly too) did you flashed firefly orinal kernel, boot and modded resource. img?
In chrome browser, does double tap to zoom work?

The easyest way is to download the SDK , modify the DTS file and compile the kernel, it will compile resource.img too
