flash system without flash the kernel

hi everyone.
few days ago i flashed my mk809 4k to the android 5.1.1 that neomode post..
and i noticed that the bluetooth and the ethernet didn't work.
i got back to the stock rom of mk809 4k.. and everything works great.
the thing is i want the android 5.1.1 but i need the stock kernel.. so i tried to flash the device without the kernel image but after that when i tried again to active the bluetooth it didnt work...
can i flash rom without the kernel in some way?

I have flashed to the tronsmart r28 Android 5.1.1 version, but now the internal storage is too low.. Only 1 gb, I cant install anymore apps.. It's freaking me out !!
I don't know how to increase the storage because in the twrp when I tried to make a partition i got an error that says unable to locate sd-ext..
Please someone help.. I'm trying all day to understand that...

What can I do to increase the storage? Mabye change the number in somefile on the boot.img?

I would try the latest Wasser lollipop rom and flash with AndroidTool over usb not TWRP. Not sure about your exact hardware as I have tronsmart.
