Rikomagic 902 II switch on automatically

got this tv box a couple of days ago and I am very happy with the device so far.

I realized that after a couple of hours the device switches automatically from standby to on.

Is this a known issue that will be fixed in next releases or is this a setting in android?

Please advice!

After testing around I found out that this issue could be related to the HDMI connection to my Samsung TV. I am not sure why the TV should sent a signal to the TV Box but if I keep the tv box disconnect from the tv (HDMI) then the TV Box is not automatically switched on!

After testing ...

TV is switched to update the firmware (automatic) in one and the same time. Sends a signal to the console.
A similar situation with the TV SONY

I think problem is related to hdmi-cec.

I disabled it in my panasonic tv, but nothing changed.

In latest firmware 12/27/2014 cec is enabled at startup, but I can't find any preference to disable it.

For me is a big problem if device start every time I turn on my tv....
