TV BOX CS918 II - broken graphic card?

    Hello
I bought TV BOX CS918 II, but i think it's broken.
Every time I want to run XBMC or any game the screen freeze and I have to restart the device.
The movies from showbox application works fine.
I update the firmware but nothing have changed.
Do u think it's because of my graphic card Mail T7 3D GPU?
What do u think about this?

    Thx in advice

Have you tried changing the settings for hardware video acceleration in xbmc? You may need to disable one or more item there. Is this an rk3288 device? If so you may want to try SPMC instead.

If none of that works, try using software decoding.

      Hi
Yes it's rk3288 device, but XBMC is a small problem. I uninstalled it completely.
The main problem is that the device freeze when I try to open any game.

What do u mean writing: "try using software decoding"

      Thx for replay
