so i could use & try it on my UT3 , shall load & try to flash the stock Way , would be nice if this

Kodi 18 20181217 arm I think.
I just fixed auto frame-rate, so that now works in Kodi 18 too.
But only 24, 25, 30, 50, 60hz.
If you need to use 23.976 or 29.97hz, you will need a Kodi 18 from before April 2018 since they removed support for those rates to play at 24 or 30hz automatically.
Will see if I can upload an old version.
Only the Nvidia Shield and Rockchip RK3328(devices like MVR9) can play 23.976, 29.97 fractional rates correctly in Android as there are hardware changes needed for the HDMI chip so not sure why Kodi wanted to make video playback worse if so few devices support it.

Will upload a new ROM soon.

Kodi 18 auto frame-rate Guide

1. 'Adjust display refresh rate' change it to 'On start / stop'

2. 'Delay after change of refresh rate' change it to 2.0, 2.5 or 3.0 seconds for the best experience.
If this setting is left on 0 seconds and you try to play a video, you will just get a spinning wheel and no video will start.

3. Lastly, set up the whitelist resolutions with their frame-rates you plan to use.
On a 4K tv, you can choose all the 4K frame-rates only or 4K and 1080p frame-rates, on a 1080p tv, you can choose all the 1080p and 720p frame-rates
for the best experience. Try to leave DVD 720x480 resolutions out otherwise some old videos will look bad.

I havn't found a way to root 32-bit ROM's yet.
Root only works on 64-bit like RK3328.

any chance of making it as image, so we can flash and run it from sdcard?
i think my internal memory is somehow broken, as i get freezes with all roms every few seconds, but not when i boot from sdcard.
i tried your rom and it's fast, but sadly also freezes for a second every few seconds.

after download you must use 7zip to unzip , use Password , like Mo123 discribed , then

you get a .img File this can be used for flashing with PC or for making a bootable SD ,

dont think so the RK SD Upgrade Tool , as i remember good , has this option too ,

but not sure if it really works , but here on FT u can find Threads about that theme ,

You can use power of Magisk.
