UGOOS STAGE 3-> BLUETOOTH PROBLEM

Hello.
Some time ago I found a new firmware for R28 Meta UGOOS STAGE 3 which is on the Russian side of 4pda. I'm not sure is the same as Image-UT3_220 r28patch
In UGOOS STAGE 3 working properly except for two things:

1. LED in Hibernation is blue all the time.
2. bluetooth devices detect but can not connect to them.
Maybe someone install this firmware and knows what the problem is? The most important to me is bluetooth.
