New Firmware - Backup installed Android Apps and SPMC Addons

Hi guys

Yesterday i did a firmware upgrade for my Ugoos UT-3 (from 2.0.5b to 2.0.6) and all went well.

But the problem is that, whenever i change firmware, i lose all the apps i had installed and, more important, i lose all the definitions, addons and movie scrapers i previously had in SPMC/XBMC.
So i have to install everything from scratch, which is a complete drag!!!

As a newbie to the Android scene, i was wondering if there is any way of doing a backup/restore of all that information (both in Android and inside SPMC) and how to do it???

Hi, I use ultimate backup to backup apps ect, its very easy to use https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...agerfree&hl=en select back up app + data

To back up your xbmc go to android/data & copy com.org.xbmc to you external sd card or usb stick.Now on your new FW install xbmc & replace the com.org.xbmc in android/data with the one you saved to you external sd card.
