Lets have a look at the V99 Hero Ui and some testing
Running Android 5.1 bit of an oldy performance is OK, and with some creative luv could be a winner.
WiFi Antenna was underneath on Base of Box moving it to lid has improved things in that area.

Has a Standard Media box Launcher or and two others bit of fun if you like that sort of thing.

Basics test as you will see are OK for its Vintage and may have potential to do more

It would be much better to get a RK3328 instead.
The RK3368 is a very old chip from 2014 and it also looks like there is zero support from the manufacturer.
Also no 10-bit h264/h265 or VP9, so just look out for things like that.
