I bought the Victsing ViTV-2 tv box. 2gb ram 16gb rom. Rockchip 3368 64Bit Octa Core 28nm. Android text is displayed and then the device restarts itself. I format, but it's not fixed. How can I solve the problem, can I do reinstall software or something?
