Good morning, my box is dead. I don't know why, but there is only blue led on the front panel. No HDMI output and if I connect it to my windows 10 pc (all drivers are installed), windows do not see anything ( i have not "unsupported device" message, but nothing). I can't update with factory tool because when i press and hold the reset button nothing happens.
Have someone the same issue? How can I resolve it?
