Dead Tronsmart R68G :(

Hello,

My sister accidentally connected a 12v 2A power adapter to her R68G

now it wont start, there is no lights and it seems it's DEAD.

when we opened the BOX it looks that the board is OK, it is now burned and it looks brand new.

is there anything we can do to fix it? is it possible that only the power connector is damaged?

In that case, I offer my condolences.

Having several boxes around, I label every power adapter's connector.. I don't want to kill one that way. I prefer to kill them by flashing incorrect F/W or other means.

Most devices jave one cap connected to the power supply check to see if you can locate abd cut off and attach a similar cap.... Nothing to lose at this point 😃
