Hello,
I'm new at this kind of things, so I have a Orion R68 and after doing the firmware update, its stuck on the logo of Tronsmart, ive already do an hard reset and still the same...

Can help pls?

Try the pin shorting method in this thread:

it works for Orion R68, I am told but didn't get time to try it out.

first what kind of update ???

Have you flashed a full new StockRom for your Device or made a Update over internal Updatesettings ???

No need to shorten the Pins , you have to flash the Rom new with AT or BT on PC.

What kind of Box is it Beelink / Andoer or...???

Ask if you need more help , for beter Info we need more Box Specs.

Yeah, that is required only if your device is not being identified by PC, like in my case.

I had done the exact same thing of resetting and in the exact same situation and also have same Orion R68 . Sounds lot of coincidence...hence I was assuming same issue. Yeah, he has to report, until then can't be 100% sure...

Hi there,
Let see if i can explain what you ask...
I've done the firmware update by instructions at tronsmart website, connecting the Orion r68 to the computer with the OTG and a USB cable, running a program Factory tools, everything was ok, the information of installing firmware was there and the green little bar appears. Then hours and hours waiting at logo, other thing unusual its the blue led light sometimes on only.

Then after waiting too much decide to hard reset, by press and hold reset and the power button, open the android boot i guess, same of telephones and tablets, then i put factory reset, and put ok...

Same thing...stuck in logo...all night..

I dont know if is this the info you need.

was it a Stockrom or Custom ??? Try this Rom same way as before.Read the Thread too,for Infos.
