Replace HDD( EMMC) Need help!

Hi all. I have a trouble and i need some help.
My device bricked, i tried to flash a new rom by Rkbact, Android release tool, factory tool but all. It said IDB fail.
I try to replace a new HDD(EMMC) and i can not flash any rom on this HDD(EMMC) i think it must format or repartition. But i dont know any software to do this.
Somebody can tell me or give me some ideal! please.

hmm..
you removed the emmc from USB stick? ( if yes..what brand / version / size )
then attached to your android stick? ( brand / model / PCB version )

I like the idea...
now you probably need to figure out howto get your device into Maskrom mode... To flash a firmware
* there is a howto on freaktab for some models/nand/emmc chips

thanks for your sharing, i tried some time with the EMMC of tablet, and it work, but when i tried with normal usb. (maskrom, load boot,) it got trouble.....THINKING NOW, will find down, .. Cheers.
