Rockchip rk312x tv box - Android Settings app problem - can't reset to factory defaults

I have a rockchip rk312x tv box that the Android Settings app has a problem that It not open, then I can't reset It to factory defaults.
This box doesn't have a physic reset button and I don't know how to proceed to reset os re-flash It.
Can anyone help me?

maybe you can try to "reset" over Recovery , Recovery has the possibility to do that .

Boot to Recovery "reset" wait & ready .

so no Recovery is installed , you can install one with AndroidTool ,

if you find a working one for your Box , then you can do it ,

best TWRP .

I solved this case using MASKROM mode and flashing with this rom:
