Cloning Rockchip rk312x device

Hi there people,

i have got the following issue:

I have a perfect Denver photoframe(PFF-710) , with following device info :

- MODEL : rk312x
- MANUFACTURER : rockchip
- VERSION : 6.0.1
- PRODUCT NAME : rk312x
- DISPLAY ID : MXC89K release-keys
- BOARD : rk30sdk
- PLATFORM : rk312x
- BUILD ID : MXC89K
- BUILD VERSION : user.liuh.20170412.163952
- PDA : user.liuh.20170412.163952
- UDISK LABEL : user.liuh.20170412.163952
- SERIAL NO. : NLJF9G0JBN

Besides this one, i have an other one, that isn't booting at all, only black screen. When i connect it to pc, it says it is in Mask Rom mode.

My question is : is it possible to clone the firmware(and all other files), from the working device to the device that isn't working?

Any help would be great!!
