MXQ Pro rk322x_box Stuck in Recovery Loop

Hi, I have an MXQ Pro TV box that is currently stuck in a Recovery Loop
rk322x_box
The box just froze up yesterday while in use. I restarted by unplugging the power cable(which usually works), This time just went directly into recovery mode.
I've tried wiping days and factory restoring but when restarting out goes straight back into the recovery mode
Message on Recovery Screen :
Android Recovery
Android/rk322x_box/rk322x_box

userdebug/release- keys

Reboot system now
Reboot to boottloader
Apply update from ADB
Apply update from SD card
Wipe data/ factory reset
Wipe cache partition
Mount/system
View Recovery Logs
Run graphics test
Power Off

Please assist me to fix my box

and see if it boots then.

Thanks for the response.

I've tried wiping the data and factory restored on multiple occasions but keeps coming back to recovery mode on start
