Are you sure your device has a bluetooth chip?
Can't see any on the pictures.

Anyway, there were several V88 clone devices made without bluetooth.
You will just have to live without bluetooth or buy a different device.
These MXQ RK3229 devices don't even cost $20 anymore.

Your pictures shows a RK3229, but your link is for a RK3328 device.
The link has so much false advertising, if it was posted in the EU, such a company/seller would have been shut down immediately.
If that is the case, the seller definitely fooled you and sold a clone device.

Yes I have bluetooth support on my device. When the product came android had version 8.1. I wiped it because it wasn't a Navbar. AIDA64 shows that you have bluetooth in the app. I didn't know what to do. At least I would do it myself if I knew how to add drivers with root. The seller deceived me and sold the clone product. I am very sad. I'm going to use this device in the car, I want to get bluetooth for him. I'm using a canbus with Bluetooth.
