MXQ Pro 4k RK3229 WIFI chip Marked as S9012P and Nan H26M41103HPRL need help to unbrick

Hi everyone
Im New and need some assistance. I have an MXQ Pro 4k RK3229 but cant find a Rom and cannot Identify this wifi chip.......also the unit is bricked and does not turn on so i need to flash it in Mask Rom Mode. Please assist. I will try and link some photos.Original F/W was 7.1.2 and the device just went slow and froze. I managed to load new firmware but the wifi did not work so i tried another ROM but that just bricked the unit. No there is no lights and no activity from the device. The NAN is an H26M41103HPRL FBA153 chip. Please assist as i would really like to watch the Rugby world cup final.

Notice that connector pad under the cap on the left hand side? could that be connections for JTAG?

Ok It is a serial connection but how can i use it to unbrick this model?
