MXQ Pro 4K desperately need help

Hi guys I hope some developers can help me. I have MXQ Pro 4k with board number MXQ-4K-3229X3D-20170928 v1.8. I have been trying to flash it for few days now but can't find the right firmware android 7.1.2.

I have tried the maskrom and was able to flash a TX firmware. It's s complete but the box doesnt work. I tried downgrading to android 6.0 and 5.1 but it has an "idb failc error. It seems that it only accepts nougat version. I contacted the seller but doesn't want to help

Hope someone e can share their knowledge. Thank you in advance
