Contact the vendor who sold you this box, to get original ROM in email, and do you know what CPU is in your board?

Thanks for the reply.
I contacted the seller. He told me that since it is out of warranty they cannot help me. that they only sell it and do not know what the corresponding firmware is.
As for the CPU, how can I find out?
do i have to remove the heatsink? or is there another way to find out?

If box is dead? Bricked? Then the only option is to remove the Heatsink. If box will still boot or at least go to stock recovery where it displays the build/fingerprint and might say what CPU is installed, if it boots to android you should be able to find out the CPU with an App like Aida64 or CPUz or HWinfo app
