The voltage blew up a little thing. Does anyone know what it is?
Nothing happens when I plug it in
    Is there a solution?

    Hello,

The Part that is broken looks like an 3.3V Regulator.
    It is SMD Based.
Replace it and it maybe can Work again.

The only right solution in this situation is to call an electrician and notify your supplier of a problem. I very often had power outages from the supplier and it was very annoying. In the end, I decided to find another supplier, but he offered me a new experimental tariff. When he said the conditions, I was shocked and agreed. At first, I read more about this at https://usave.co.uk/ and it was the best offer in my life. The bottom line was that I get both gas and electricity for the same price, and if due to problems at the substation I will be left without electricity, then I will have different fuel. That sounds really cool, doesn't it?

Hello, yeah probably the connector blew up. It is not that hard to replace it and you can do it by yourself if you are a professional in electronics. But I think it is always better to let this job for electricians because first, he is more professional in this field, and second, it is his job and if you'll try to fix it by yourself you can leave him without work( even if it sounds a bit too altruistic) When I have some problems with electricity It is easy for me to call for bates-electric.com and in 10 minutes everything works as it is new.

Of course, there is a solution, but I think it would be better to read a guide or a video on how to use the generator the right way.

Of course, there is a solution, but I think it would be better to read a guide or a video on how to use the generator the right way. It is impossible to identify what the problem is, as we don't have enough information. Whenever I have technical issues, I always search for information on this guide https://thetoolscout.com/how-to-hook-up-a-generator/. In my opinion, it is crucial to consult specialists that can help us, but I couldn't find an electrician and using this guide I succeeded in installing the generator, and now I can fix any technical issue.
