H96max rk3318 reset button faulty

Hi

when iam trying to restore firmware by factory toll 1.64 its stuk on erase flash and now factory toll is not detecting my device when i press reset button and plug usb cable now nothing happened
any way to load firmware at h96max without pressing reset button
On box only red light is active

plzz help

Do you install the drivers ?

Hi everyone, I have this device H96 MAX+ RK3318 Android 9.0 4GB 64GB TV-BOX, my problems begins when I tried to upgrade new firmware from this page "https://www.h96tvbox.com/content/6-Firmware-upgrade", I try to update just because I can usemy VPN program, the box reply alway i wrote wrong user o pwd but wasn't true.
