So... what can we do with this issue? Is there any fix or the path is going back to the old 2017 firmware? It's really sad so this last firmware runs smooth, the wifi is stable and is better overall than the previous one.

I tested 8.1 on a A5XMAX its working fine.
Also BT
My box is connect to LAN so no wifi i need,
First no BT is working then i switch twice wifi of on then BT works.
Then i try A9 it shows only picture ANDROID TV nothing happens.

I switch twice to 7.1 and 8.1 Firmware
Does some1 know how to root this box or point me a link pls.

Im pretty sure the a5x max, a5x max+ will work with the same firmware, i can also attest mx9 pro firmware will run on an a5x max. as im using mx9 pro firmware on mine right now as it came pre-rooted

Hi mate. By my experience the A5X Max firmwares don't work well in A5X Max+ devices as mine. I have tried many times and always need a rollback.

Im trying to get the 9.0 firmware rooted. its a pain. i just reverted to 7.1.2 with pre-root for now.
