I have today this buy and

I have this Receiver unpacked, connected and after 2 minutes was death Blackout.
It only blue / red faint light at the front

Right now, as it is a brand new product that has failed within the first day, I would be making a claim with whoever you purchased it from to get a refund or replacement.

Well I would go through the regular reporting on the Geekbuying site but also post your issue here because regular customer service support is often not very helpful.
