Hi guys, I bought H96 Max H2, Android 7.1, 4 GB ram, 64 GB rom with clock display. I have so many issues so far: 1- when I hit supersuser to have root access the screen is blank. 2- this box do not have the AppInstaller the classic version which found in nearly all android TV boxes, the problem with the app manager in this box you cannot select many app s to install automatically, you can select to install manually one by one which is annoying. I searched everywhere in the internet to download this AppInstaller but it’s not available. 3- The navigation bar disappeared suddenly, I tried to look for option in the setting but nothing, I tried to move the cursor to the bottom of the screen but no use 4- if I switched off the box while certain apps is on such as Mobdro, when I switched on the box it showing blank screen. I have reported these issues to Banggood many times, the only promise they gave me is they are going to refund my many, but still waiting for this refund. Any clue?

your H2 uses another CPU , so the best is to move your Question to a right Thread ,

is it really a RK3399 Box ??? , please answer so we can change this .

Next Time buy a better CustomRom supported Box , your RK3328 Box is until now

The latest firmware that I have is RK3328-BOX_7.1.2_20180620.2051_H96MAX.img. Need to update to higher android version, because cannot update latest youtube app with version 7.1.2.

Already tried to upgrade with firmware from RK3328 H96 MAX+ RK3328_DC_H96_Max+_HS2734C_9_20191031.2215.img, but failed, device always on boot mode and only showing H96max+ screen, so I revert back to 7.1.2

When I tried to upgrade the firmware to RK3328_DC_H96_Max+_HS2734C_9_20200331.1150.img it fails after the download firmware step at 98-99%. Then I get Download Firmware Fail in Factory tool application. Reverted to RK3328-BOX_7.1.2_20180620.2051_H96MAX.img and box is working fine.

Someone please update if there is latest firmware.
