MXQ PRO 4k with RK3228A

Hello all

i just receive 3 tv box model mxq pro 4k from aliexpress.

All of them have same problem. All app stop working as soon i click on them. Even stock app like browser, playsotre etc...

i watched some video on youtube how to flash it. But Rkbatch tool failed to connect. ( usb driver problem)

can someone give me the right firmware plz

i think you have to connect it in MaskRomMode , please what does the DeviceManager

of Win7 say if you connect it ??? , please report ,

Win7 is the best for flashing , please look here for more Info about MRM :

but please first only read and post a Picture from PCB , of at least one Box , best both

sides with good light , nearby , because the new PCBs sometimes have a different Way

to short them . How many USB ports , all USB 2 or 3 ???

Come with 4 usb. The supplier send me the flash file. And tells me to use rockchip batch tool. But only problem i am having is to connect the box with my pc. I have install the rockchip batch tool and the usb driver come with it. But still the software doesnot detect my tv box.
I am using a usb cable male both side. I put the reset button and connect the usb cable. Nothing happen.

I get a message. Cannot find driver.

I have a Auro Live media box. It says that the hardware is Amlogic mesa8. I've been trying for days to upgrade the firmware. When booting directly to a USB drive I get read-only errors & using the USB Burning tool fails too. Is there a version firmware that will work and what exactly version should I be trying. New to this process. Can anyone help me?
