H96 Max H2.. YouTube app not working

Hey guys..I have the H96 max H2 box...there are the three big apps Netflix, YouTube and Google play...the YouTube app doesn't work any more..one of my programs did update for it and now it doesn't work.
Is there a way to get this to work again?

H96 Max H2.. YouTube app not working again...

I cant get the YouTube app to open up after i cleared the cache & data from it.I was going to pass this on to a family member so i cleared the cache & data from the YouTube app and i get this error "This action isn't allowed" i know it uses the YouTube for android TV APK 1.3.11 and i uninstalled it and reinstalled it with no luck, also flashed it with the stock firmware with no luck to.

Ive been looking around in the Es File Explorer, but not sure what to do if anything can be done in there to fix it....any ideas ? .....Thanks
