Do windows need to recognize the device;

My driver installation is error 10
Do I connect the box to pass the drivers or connect it only to the firmware process?
Windows does not recognize any drivers error 10 at all.

I don?t know what is error 10.
Try:
1. Install driver but you need to makes sure you set the compatibility to windows 7 and and run the installer as admin.
2. You need to do the same now with the flash tool, set the compatibility to windows 7 and run as admin.
3. Follow the guide as normal to flash rom.
or try another computer.

Why do windows 7?
in windows 10 does not work.

Anyway to make dualshock 4 work again with Bluetooth in android 9? It connects with bluetooth but no Input when pressing buttons. It works fine wired an also worked fine bluetooth in android 8.

Can anyone tell me what's the best release of android 8 please? I've tried a few out but they're all really slow on the wifi. Struggling to even load a webpage. I cant remember what build I had on to start with but it worked flawlessly.

I don?t use wifi and bluetooth. On 4/32 works the same as on 4/64,
only just on have to shut down after instalation bluetooth - 4/32 - and everything works fine.

-with tab "upgrade" don't work.
-with tab "restore" completed. it OK.

And Use Restore !!! - NOT Upgrade

For this method. remote control is OK. bluetooth and wifi(2G,5G) it found everything but don't connect!

Thank you, with your video it was so easy to update the system, the box seems less warm so far, so thanks again.

Update: when the device is in stand by mode, when i turn on after 10-15 minutes it wont work, it's frozen, i have to unplug it, any suggest?

Try - setting - turn off bluetooth!!!! and wifi - when not in use.
Also uninstall unnecessary applications.
