H96 MAX+ 4/32 Bricked Stuck At Test Device

Tried to flash RK3328_DC_H96_MAX+_SSV6051_RTL8189_8.1.0_20181110. 1616 which I found at chrome-extension://bigefpfhnfcobdlfbedofhhaibnlghod/mega/secure.html#F!B8gBhAKD!bZHKBR5FhfIAc93zd0aE6Q on H96 Max+ 4/32 and it bricked. Windows can find it in maskrom when using pin method but stucks at Test Device.

That's exactly what I did. It worked earlier to flash it before it was bricked.

The causes can be many.
Try downloading the firmware again from another source.
Try installing older firmvare
Try installing on another PC.

But most of all there is a mistake in the wrong procedure or missing drivers.

Tried to change computer and it still the same, everything I try in the program fails..
