MX9 PRO 4K TV BOX Wifi Problem - HELP NEEDED-

Hi guys,

I have a MX9 PRO 4K TV BOX android v8.1 and the wifi is not turning on. I tried rooting but no success. I also tried a tplink TL WN823N wifi dongle but it is not recognized.
The chip is RK3328 with IT6334 wifi chip. I tried to connect through ADB to root but could not do it either.
Does anyone have any suggestion?
Any pre-rooted firmware?
