MX10 Android 9.0 Firmware update help

Hello I am having issues currently trying to update the firmware on the mx10 box to android 9.0. I have flashed firmware before and had no issues, I have tried 3 different programs to flash the firmware
1. FactoryTool_v1.6
2. RKBatchTool-v1.8
3. RockChip_FactoryTool_v5.3

all 3 programs fail when updating the firmware.
Currently I am on firmwaremxq_rk3328_d4_8.1_8189-6051_20180828_r1.

I have a Log from the Factory Tool with the failures, I tried to google the errors but it did not seem to find much any help would be very much appreciated.

My guess would be it does not like my usb 3.0 port, but i had no issues flashing firmware from android 7 to this current version of oreo that I currently have, I used the same usb port and cable that I have successfully flashed firmware in the past.

I used them to install android 9 on my mxr pro
follow the install doc. Hope this helps you.

Hi thanks for replying I finally got it working last night partially with your guide. I had to use android tool v2.59, and load my firmware and do the flash erase, which seemed to only work with android tool. I tried it with factory tool v1.6, and it would fail every time. Then once it was flash erased I just clicked the upgrade button, and it worked, hooked up the android box, and I now have android 9 installed. Thanks alot for the reply.

I'm looking for the new firmware update Android pie 9.0 for the MX10 TV BOX which is only work for Pass 2018/05/16_r2.
