Too busy to work on it

Installed this on my Z28 2/16GB and it works really well except from Wifi which is ok since i am on ethernet.
The only thing missing for me is root because i want to use an app that works as a mouse.

Also i would like to change wallpaper to something more generic or custom which again i believe requires root access.
I installed TWRP but root with Magisk or SuperSU fails of zip install.

Anyone managed to root it?
