      Hi ,

      did you tried it with other Phones ??? , maybe your FW is corrupted and you must flash

      a new or other FW , Wifi / On/Off did not help ??? , reboot of the Box ??? , (Hotspot still

      on) , maybe some wrong set permissions ??? , hope you can fix it ,
