Hello,

So your problem is 4K Video Playback right?
Have you checked in your Video player that he use Hardware Acceleration?
When only Software is detected that can give you this error.

Not sure what you mean.
But if you put the frame-buffer as 4K(did you modify the resource.img for this?) then it won't work, only the RK3588 released next year supports true 4K desktop resolution and the Nvidia Shield currently.
Video playing apps like Kodi can play 4K smoothly if the manufacturer added auto frame-rate switching, otherwise video playback will be jerky if played at the wrong frame-rates.
RK3328 devices run smoothly at a frame-buffer of 720p(and a bit slower at 1080p), if you set the screen resolution to 4K, videos will still play at 720p/1080p but the Android UI will be smaller and fit better on a 4K screen. RK3328 and even the faster S922x doesn't support true 4K UI, only for video playback in Kodi if the manufacturer implemented it.
If you are just using the stock firmware and didn't do any modifications then there might be a background app using lots of CPU usage.

Maybe some app uses cpu power, i dont know this machine but maybe it cannot get much power due to lack of cooling ect.

if we focus on the still picture, is it possibile for displaying 3840 x 2160 px (72 dpi) of image in jpg format?
