Mx10 keeps scrolling to top in any app

I recently bought an mx10 10 with android 8.1 on it, every time I try to use it on an app that requires scrolling

it's either starts moving up by itself or if I click left mouse button it jumps up

does the same with remote
it's been factory reset
I've checked all the settings I can think off
tried another mouse

does anyone know how I can fix this?

You can try to use a different firmware, looks like yours is a mess, perform backup and use a better firmware.

you can post pictures of your pcb and i will tell you what firmware you need
